Tobias Rager

Tobias Rager has been with Wintergerst since August 2023 and is Vice President in the field of Corporate Finance | M&A. His professional focus lies on advising companies and investors during corporate acquisitions and disposals, succession solutions and special situations. He also specializes in distressed M&A.
He has more than 4 years of experience in advising medium-sized companies and has gained a wide range of experience, especially in the area of distressed M&A, through his activities as Director in Corporate Finance at EichenFels. Prior to that he worked for 2 years as an Associate in Corporate Finance | M&A at the private bank Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe.
Tobias completed his bachelor's in international business management at the International School of Management and subsequently his master's of finance at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
Besides his daily work, Tobias enjoys going to the gym and being outdoors.
